...If the nominal 'income tax' is such a holy cow to you liberals, why don't you push for a "minimum personal income tax" to be paid by everybody? A slight amendment to the tax laws should do the trick for you guys.... I guess that would close that loophole which has generated literally hundreds of millions of dollars, if not billions, in bribes to both sides of the aisle. Yes, I'm sure Senator on the Take will be quick to sponsor a bill to take away his bribe money. Why didn't I think of that?
