Thanks for the reference, I'll check him out.

I have a high school classmate that used to be the state fire marshall and now he works for a consulting group out of Atlanta, GA and they work for several large companies like Home Depot and such. He goes to the city ahead of the building start and goes over the state fire codes and local fire codes with the people that are concerned with these and greases the way for a smooth building launch. I'm sure that RAIN has several of these people that are well trained now and can grease the way for a smooth opening, without the delays that the small guy would have to put up with. One never realizes the large amount of people that have to sign off on a building before it actually gets built, till they actually get involved in one of these. The larger the city, the larger the headaches and delays. I think RAIN is doing a wonderful job of getting the new restuarants on line. Later.
