Page 2 of today's WSJ mentions that our boy Ed "did the best job of forecasting the nation's economy in the WSJ's previous semiannual survey."

Turns out his dad was a programmer! Interesting article with short mention of his y2k position. Nothing big there.

Hey, does anyone on the thread remember hearing that EY stated he thought chances for a recession was 100%? That 100% number lasted very briefly but I'm sure I saw it somewhere.

CNN: Even though I would have liked him to have mentioned my favorite y2k stocks i thought it was classy that his focus was not on making money but on averting disaster.
