Rumours Only. Good news/Bad news. They don't have the deep rights only a letter saying that their application is being reviewed. That is the bad news, the good news is that they will get them in the next few weeks. You may wish to carefully examine whether their deposit is economical on its own though before betting the farm on this one! Ask to see their feasibility tests on extraction if you are going to invest.
