Mike, Everen is buying Principal...that MAY account for why Principal has been non-responsive to our complaints about Kugler. It appears that Everen is not buying Kuglers office, he called ALLEGEDLY a client/friend of mine for a job. Of course my friend doesn't approve of brokers slamming stocks on the internet. He also told me that he felt EVEREN had a similar policy. If you feel a broker on this thread is in violation of 15USC Chater 2A sub.,i. 77q...the NASD has suggested us sending letters to the offending brokers firm, in this case EVEREN SECURITIES,inc. 77 W.
