Keith: My comment meant that Congo has been aware of the situation they casue for AMZ upon their decission not to honour the preliminary agreement. I think it has been well overthought before Congo makes such a decission. Therefor I would say AMZ is back at square one. At the same time AMZ seems to be on square one on every project they have. I'm very curious on the report of Brownly later this month.

I still haven't figured out why AMZ/IDAS are not operational in Angola. I wonder if their they have the same problems as in Congo, or that AMZ might give higher priority to Angola in this situation.
