It is part and parcel with how they think. They spent 8+ years in desperate search for a magic bullet that would get Obama impeached or otherwise removed from office. Instead of actually putting in the work to build a case using facts and competence, they look for some magical event. Maybe God will strike her dead. Maybe Wikileaks will provide some killer info. Maybe Russian hackers will. Maybe Trump will come up with a killer meme that drives her from the election. Maybe she had a wire during the debate and was being fed answers to the questions she got weeks before the event. Maybe, maybe, maybe... Just as long as they don't have to put in the effort of making their case to the American people. Because that is hard.
