I have spoken to then on multiple times over the years but they have made it progressively harder to do that. It was always around an issue if an order.

I just put "Talk to agent" in the search screen (from the Help page) and it gave me a menu on the left side one with a button that says "Contact Us". I think that is how I initiated the process but it was still painful. I didn't try to search the internet either and they may have numbers. When I got through to the Amazon folks though, they were usually very good.

PS Just looked on the internet and there is more information there

The website shows this #: 888-280-4331. A customer rep I once spoke to gave me this one: 866-216-1072. My sample size isn't large enough but the 2nd one usually gets me to a rep quicker.

Anytime I want to contact a human at any company, I use gethuman.com to get their phone number. It also provides directions how for the quickest way to get through the phone trees ("voicejail") to get an actual human. It has never failed to work for me.
