Wasn't Pakistan set up as a Muslim country? So, what's surprising or negative about it electing an Islamic govt? The country is almost 100% Muslim.

don't worry about raining on my parade..just want the current facts..
as you see I retracted the Iran rosey view..the head released news
that they weren't getting closer to US..also I think they did an
alliance re pipeline that the US wasn't behind..getting confused
with reading too much news..
(another case of the chicken virus..now they are starting to investigate dogs and cats..eeekkkk)

Hi: I recall that when Pakistan was separated from India after WWII it was on religious grounds and that the whole country is Muslim so it would be impossible not to elect an Islamic government as far as I can see.
