George, It will be interesting to hear what response you get...

I do find, however, that you've asked a couple of proprietary questions...you expect that a company should give out contract language about their JV agreement to a potential investor/shareholder.
Buy the stock and you can ask that one at the next shareholder meeting.

Sharp Image is a privately held firm and you expect them to give an outsider their confidential financial information...Do you really beleive you have a right to that info as an investor/potential investor in some other company???

Then you ask a company to confirm how much and who is going to BRIBE foreign government officials/politicians so that this company can conduct business in their country...Sounds like you have made up your mind that they already agreed to the bribe, the amount of it and have a signed contract...I wonder where that will show up in the financials??? Are bribes a legitimate tax deductible expense???

The rest of your questions are good but the bribe one is a little out of line...don't you think??? I don't care what country your are in but publicizing the bribing of gov't officials is usually frowned upon, even in corrupt old Venezuela...and to publicly acknowledge something of that nature on an internet forum would be ludicrous...

I'll be interested in the response from NorAm...
