The National Debt rose from $4 Trillion to $8 Trillion during the Bush Administration.

Just as during the Reagan Administration, it was FED policy that increased revenues during the Bush Administration.

After 9/11 Greenspan kept rates extremely low and that helped the markets and helped to build the bubble in the housing market that eventually caused the CRASH.

The tax cuts didn't do much except increase the National Debt.
