That would be truly free trade between citizens of sovereign nations. I was a fervent believer in that concept for decades. Works great for our upper 50%. Now that I see it's effect on our lower 50% of the population I now think we need a dose of "Nationalism" in it. I would rather pay extra at Walmart for them to have jobs than pay taxes or run our debt up to keep them on welfare.
