I am writng this post to put a closure to my posts for NUTK as I feel the company will post enough information on their own. (now that the death of December is Past) I make this post because I feel the new management is doing a great job and very ethical. It is difficult to be open minded on a stock that has burned people in the past. NUTK will not be a sleeper stock much longer. President Mike Furr has gotten experienced staff to help him turn around the past $1.5 million debt of the past management, drill new oil wells, aqcuire two new companies and a third on the way, and produce two inforercials which will begin airing in January. The money from the 700,00 shares sold by the company went to restructure debt and help with the new activity. Mike said Book value will be around $.33 a share once final acquisition is made. The company will show a little better than break even for 4th quarter of 1997 and income will begin in 1st quarter. All of this has been done in less than 5 months. Mike Furr's eventual goal is to take the different segments of NUTK, such as the oil segment, public as separate companies. NUTK share holders will receive shares of the new companies. The oil segment is looking at new management that should make this possible. I am very happy with the results thus far and news releases on these topics will give further direction. I appreciate all the wonderful information and insight I receive from everyone's post. YOYO
