...here a half acre lot is about $200,000 and a single family starter home in a decent but not great heighborhood on 1/4-1/8 acre is abour 500-600K. don't you wish your acreage was here. you would be driving a rolls royce--oh well after you put your land money in excite, intuit and checkfree, and wait a few years--you might be rich!!
