And even worse than that was when he slandered the US in defense of his fascist buddies, Putin and Erdogan. Yes, Trump people WILL defend putdowns of their country in defense of foreign tyrants. Ditto POW's. Yes, America is beyond reproach when the subject is a foreign tyrant like Putin or Erdogan. America has it's flaws, big ones even. But compared to those other countries and leaders Trump likes, we ARE above reproach relative to them. Want me to reproach America? Here you go. An awful lot of Americans preferred an open Marxist like Bernie Sanders. An awful lot of other Americans prefer an utterly immoral candidate, with no guilt or shame about his immorality. That worries me a lot. What kind of people are we becoming? How blind can people be? Fortunately, I know there's an awful lot of Americans who are disgusted with the major party candidates this year. Even most of the minor party ones.
