NO, you heard it on CNN. But you've changed the sentiment, intentionally, I'm sure. He did exactly what he'll do with the Congress: He negotiated a brilliant deal with them; essentially, convincing them that they'd be better off with him out there selling real estate deals than to break him altogether. That's right. He was on the ropes and he convinced them it was IN THEIR INTEREST to have him live to fight another day. This is the F*ing "Art of the Deal" at its finest. It is exactly what happened. You look at Obama. He would never have been able to accept that and he would have killed the relationships. But Trump knew damned well he could make it work for him. This is what smart people do. Arrogant, maybe. But they don't let their arrogance get in the way of progress. >> Nevertheless, the Trump name is shit with all American banks, to this day. There is no factual reporting on this. There are usual liberal lies. But I've seen nothing supported by comprehensive documentation, which is readily accessible if anyone wants the truth.
