To all:
This is off subject as it relates to NSCT, however there has been interest in this co. on the board.
I recently had a chat with M.Messina, the COO of NSCT. All in all he seemed a very thoughtful individual, and NOT given to the hyperbole we experienced at the old INCE. Parenthetically, he is not related to T.Neild as I was lead to believe, but was recuited by Neild as one of the original stockolders in the old INCE. He appears to have the background for the position.
NSCT will need additional funds to develop prototypes for prospective licensees which will be forthcoming if and when they receive the monies due them from ITCO. Some monies have arrived though the remainder is overdue. Mr. Messina is cautiously optimistic that revenue from some of the technologies will commence mid to late summer.
I suggested that an outside Director(s) be added with strong backgrounds in Business/Technology to add further expertise and entree and buttress their standing in the investment community. Ross and Messina are obivious choices however R.Ivy appears to offer little if anything. I fear that he is just another one of the "Texans" placed there to look after Neild's interest.T. Neild is no longer on the board though still yeilds great influence over the Co.
