breakout point should be 14 (IMHO), and then "fill the gap"
to 19. (IMHO squared).

I for one do not have a clue. Vivus has been clawing itself slowly upward and hopefully we will see some accelerated buying activity by days end.
Whenever those greedy shorts realize their party is over we will get our big move and then some. That day can't come soon enough for me.
At this price, we've discounted all the possible bad news for the next ten years, I HOPE..
