Ed; I have watched this gap for a long time and have managed to be lucky when I have sold one for the other. The first time I got into NAI was at $1.25 when I sold some DML for $1.96. basically I got 1.5 the shares and paid the fees. I then sold all of that NAI for $0.85 and I picked up some DML for $.94. On that set of tranactions I managed to get 1.3 times the DML I had originally had and paid the fees.

I beleive that the short termers will shorten the gap on the buy side as they only look at the DML/NAI jv. The long termers will widen the gap as they look at DML and the fact they have all of SVB covered. I beleive that the last few days have been more sophisticated buyers picking up DML for the longer term.

I look at the ratio as much as the gap.

Looks like someone turned the tap off - then again it's lunch time in T.O.

Ed, you're correct, the gap between Donner and Northern Abitibi has widened today on yet another sharp rise. That's suprising when one considers they both have about the same number of shares issued, but Northern Abitibi owns 50% of this HOTCLAIM compared to only 25% for Donner, once TECK BUYS 1/2 of Donner's shares???.
