I know i saw the account of the proceedure<naxos COC proceedure>..but i cant remember
where i saw it..<other than being repeated>..was it officially
stated? I also remember that Kim has stated that the company was
not pleased..do you know if they ever came back to BD and protested it? i know that IPM was upset with them long be4 their announcement..but never heard if any words were exchanged.

Tim..i have seen you say this a couple of times..not sure if youre
just agreeing or under the assumption that everyone was
OK with BD's wording..i dont think anyone was..and indeed dont think
they should be paid.No wonder they demand payment up front..

only hope is that no other company will use them in the desert..as
i agree with you in that if they are worried about being associated
with these companies.to the extent that they cant deliver what they are hired for...they need not accept work from them..
