Pugs: You had better be careful. You are not only recommending that
people complain to his employer, but also potential future employers.
I believe that you should consult an attorney before making furter
recommendations of that nature.

It doesn't really matter if MK fits the legal definition of what
you refer to as "slaming" a stock. If a person posts on the internet
it doesn't mean that he loses his status as a private citizen.

I know how you feel about what you believe he has done. You may or
may not be correct. However you have absolutely no right to go to
prospective employers and defame MK or anyone else that may offer
employment.

Another point you may be missing here. If the SEC or NASD feels there
is a problem they are required to take appropriate action. At least
the SEC is required to take action. Is it possible that they have
examined the situtation? Possibly in the process of doing that as
we speak. Referring you to his employer was not a responsible action
by the person that allegedly gave you that advice. Why would NASD
tell you to take care of it yourself? I don't know. Just wondering.
Possibly they saw no real violation or made an error. They also make
errors. Everyone is busy and mistakes are made.

If MK and the others have done what you claim , they will certainly
suffer the consequences....as will any actor in this tempest that
has committed an offense and left a trail....hehe...everyone leaves
a trail....

Don't take this personal Pugs. I do think it is something to consider.
