I do not follow this stock and was reading this thread to familarize myself with the co. and it's fundamentals. What initially caught my attention was the fact that there were 3,738,405 shs. short in November. These have to eventually cover but by waiting until 1998 to cover taxes are deferred for a year. This represents a short interest ratio of 6.44 meaning it would take that many days of normal trading volume for all the shorts to cover their positions. Looking next to the techinical picture I discovered an extremely oversold stock in which Stocastics, MACD, RSI and Momentum turned positive on Wed. Tax selling pressure is off and short covering should be beginning. Technically, this makes for a very compelling short term and maybe long term play. I bought. I am certainly no expert so do your own DD. Walt Jacobs
