<if there is a definite time frame for issuing earnings warnings> there are no definite dates; but most high-tech comapnies typically issued the next day after their end of qtr date.

<<definite time frame for issuing earnings warnings>> Ed - Historically in case of bad news FORE is always releasing a warning in the very beginning of next quarter (It's 1st, 2nd or 3rd day of first quarter month). I do not think ecooper and the gang are stupid enough to wait until Monday. They would definitely do it today (like SYBS for example). I really feel that strong 3rd Fiscal Quarter is happening. This is a reason IMHO for today price direction. Happy Trades, Igor
