DRMD...

Well, I'm just learning DeMark's TA methods right now, but I thought I'd try using DRMD as a test case for retracements.
According to DeMark, I believe the critical price right now is from 9/26/97 where an intraday high of 7 was made and the stock closed at 6.25
Now, according to DeMark's retracements, using 3.03 as the low since then, retracement targets would be:
4.55 (met)
5.48 (met)
6.25
8.52

Today DRMD has reached an intraday high of 6 3/8, which is higher than the "magnet price" of 6 1/4...this means that DRMD will have to close *higher* (or maybe at...not sure on that one) than 6 1/4 in order to have a shot at the next level. If DRMD closes below 6 1/4 today, as I understand it, 6 1/4 should prove resistance for this run up.

No idea on how far it would fall though...maybe to the 5.48 retracement level?

dave

Carolyn: < DRMD > Congrats, you are 1/16 in the money. Ok, not a big deal, but you did cover the Bid / Ask spread and are in the money after just one day. Not a bad way to start!

Good Luck with the decline on Monday!
