I've seen the Wilder book advertised several places on line for $65, problem is everyon's out of stock and waiting for the publisher to print another run.... I guess I need to go get that $100 Kaufman book now too? ... hope I can find that one. WRT to your earlier post, seems like I need a little help with the CSI equation: 1. is ATR the Average True Range? 2. What the heck do I do with the V & M? - are these only valid if considering exitis a long position? - if so - I understand V, and assume M is amount margined? - if not - do I plug in my desired purchase size? 3. Is that equation correct to the right of ATR14? - the parens do not match, and - is that V divided by M divided by (150+C), which would be the same as (V/(M*(150+C))?
