Hi E_K_S,

I have sold puts on CMTL with a net purchase of 11.20.

That was my initial position - waiting to see what final dividend is determined to be.

I think selling puts on CMTL is a great way to get a position. Looking at 10's out into the H2 of 2017 when revenue kicks in.

I have been buying AMNF with my dividends.

I'm amazed at the strength of AMNF's price. it goes up on down days as much as it goes up on down days.

I had waited for $2.00 but it never hits.<smile>

I have also bought some Tis at $27.00.

Both Amnf and Tis are my conservative staples that should not be impacted by recession.

My wife is 24 karat Italian - so we can whether a recession and still have good Italian food. If one has enjoyed good Italian food - you can cut it out of the family budget.

Last but not least - ya just can't go with out toilet paper and it has fairly expensive pricing - even if discounted.

That is a great AMNF earnings report.

Since it is a new addition and trades OTC - I didn't get an alert on their earnings.

Can one get Press releases from them?

Thanks for all of your great recs!!

Bob

CMTL - definitely hasn't worked out the way I had planned, and appears pretty evident the dividend will be cut.
Not sure what to make of it so I sold it all today. It may spike up on a cut.

It may also get hammered on a cut, so I took what I had.

They blew expected earnings out of the water, and 87,000 shares moved it up after hours. After their call
where they sure made it appear that a cut is coming, the sell off started. It appears to me that the dividend definitely carried the weight.

Depending on where the dividend lands, as even cut in half, last quarter didn't cover, I may reenter later.
Current dividend is 4x this years earnings guidance. I had thought they would guide higher.
Tax loss selling could make it interesting, but now that I have sold, maybe a spike up is more likely. :)

Babysitting day. I thought I might get out before the market opened, but had to come back at nap time to finish.
