John, heaven knows what I wrote. I was talking about the Sybase CEO. They had given a warning and did not elaborate on it. Everybody was up in arms over it so he decided to talk to CNBC this morning after they trashed him a little.

I guess you would not be angry if CPQ retreated a bit. I WOULD. I am tired of this up and down. I am waiting patiently for the split.

It was a good omen I think that the market pushed 56 points ahead before a weekend. Let's hope that S.Korea does not put another nail in the coffin when they open on Monday ahead of us. It looks like some smaller banks don't want to go along with the big banks. They are ready to forego S.Korea at this point.

What I also don't like is that talk in S.Korea not to buy any foreign goods but to stick just to their products. Well, if things get worse maybe this would be a good idea for us also. Everybody buy American goods, that should help the profits.
