Agreed. There should be a PUBLIC admonition, reprimand and warning. After all, who knows what goes on behind a "PM" ? Disagreement there can be, BUT disrespect and insults are OUT, IMHO, and one of the primary functions of any Moderator is to ensure just that. Should be interesting to see what reaction I receive for this post ....
