That is one of Trump's many lies. He became against the invasion after it had turned out to be the disaster that many had predicted. I don't blame him so much for going along with the Bush/Cheney administrations plans - there was such a drumbeat in almost all the media in support of the invasion, fueled as we know by a constant supply of propaganda and lies from the government. I do blame him for lying about being against the invasion.
