Some stocks are up and some stocks are down everyday. IMRS has moved from the low 20 to the high 30 in just 6 weeks. It's time for it to take a small break. IMRS is only down 1 3/4 today.

Lu Wang,
Today was good example of many institutions delaying their profits into another calendar year. Many stcoks that were hit hard in October and pushed further in December for tax purposes recovered. Those with big rises last year, saw profit taking and buying back in. IMRS example. IMHO.

Lu Wang,
Listening to know it all Mr. Winn on his IMRS and SYNT play will not be very rewarding on your pocket book...
He is like a chamillion and lipservices for his convinience,,,
Also the SYNT weakness is their Indian labour reliance.... as we get nearer to y2k..

Ask SYNT why their contract is an open ended one and that their Indian counterparts can walk out any time..
Winn is a self professed job hopper with know it all attitute..Also claims that he gets paid 1 1/2 time from his employer, but spends minimum 2 -3 hours per day on SI during his work hours..
I would call that dishonest to his employer.
I would be very careful of some one who goes off and makes judgments without a DD or make harsh statements about others...
I am not very impressed with his stock picks or DD so far.

Remember SYNT has no propriety software or is it a niche like ACLY or TPRO.. its just another boring manual intensive y2k ,,,,
In fact I feel most of the cobal/fotran stuff could be all solved by a little old man who has BRMD software, who is a hall of famer and an original y2k guru who claims that they have a magic bullett..
SYNT is another dime a dozen y2ker and these will get strained out by MMs big time very soon...
