cis means very straight. It is the opposite of effeminate... Why does somebody need to announce that? Seems kind of effeminate and limp wristed to me. Does his full length mirror have big block letters that say YOU ARE A CIS to make him believe it, or does it get him excited like his boner president? Maybe he's unsure of what he really is. I KNOW what he REALLY is!!
