Wayne and all: I'm assuming the announcement of the LOI was the news that was rumored to be out on 1/5/98. Any guesses or could there be more! This in itself is fantastic. Also, there was talk in the past of aquiring another Ca. company. Could this be the one. Picked up a few more shares today. As for now I can say the DD issue for me is over. I want to thank Cheryl (same spelling as my wife's name btw ) and all contributors to the thread who helped me make a BRILLIANT choice. And FARRIS for pointing me in this direction on another thread. HAPPY NEW YEAR! rick
