RT, This is a little more than a gut feeling, although I can't give you any more objective specifics. In retrospect, I think that the CC was an example of reluctant and nervous 'damage control' on the part of management, and possilbly would've NEVER taken place if it weren't for people like Dr. Bond demanding some accountability. My point (speaking as one who got hurt from the fall from 20 to 10) is that this may not be the time to load up on cheap Vivus shares. Another shoe MAY drop soon. Bradpalm1
