The House is likely to still be in R hands"

Stranger things have happened. Morning Joe folks are saying Hillary could take Texas, and that means wave, which means a chance, whether because D's turn out, or R's stay home.I think some said 425 electoral votes is possible.

We need to kill this "rigged election crap. The guy is gonna foment an uprising when he gets blown out. How crazy is he? He's bringing Obama's estranged half-brother tonight to get into Hillary's head. Huh?

I think her money would be better spent in states where the Senate races are still within the margin of error. It is much more important to get 52 or 53 Senate seats than for her to win by a landslide vote.

Definitely agree. I'm conflating the two, obviously. Since I'm not sitting at any table that makes these decisions, it looks to me the higher the margin the better chances for control of the senate and significant reduction of the rep majority in the house.

I think they are doing that. I just heard they pulled out of Florida. And no mention of Arizona.

Honestly, I don't care if she wins with 51% or 55%. IMHO, expanding the map too much is a mistake. I think her money would be better spent in states where the Senate races are still within the margin of error. It is much more important to get 52 or 53 Senate seats than for her to win by a landslide vote. If people like Ayotte, Toomy, Rubio and Burr are still in the Senate, her appointments will still be held up and the Democrats won't have any investigative powers, both of which are important in this polarized period. Those four races are winnable albeit with difficulty by the Democrat running against the R. Bayh and the woman in Nevada may need some help as well. Every seat is important at this point.
