In consideration, the company will pay the vendors $105,000 staged over three years and issue 100,000 shares in two stages. The property is subject to a 3% nsr royalty in favour of the vendors, of which the company may purchase 1% nsr or 2% nsr for $1 million or $2 million respectively.
