Your post makes no sense. MVPH distributed the 4 million shares to PRTI shareholders. What gives RMIL title to that certificate? My understanding (from the MVPH press release) was that RMIL could claim no ownership of those shares.

Promised myself I wouldn't get involved in this anymore, but a question has been nagging at me:

If RMIL tanks when/if it re-opens, whose fault will it be?

And Pugs, it appears that PRTI effectively liquidated the company without a shareholder vote. Wasn't Puhr at the helm then?
