Zeev, RE: Furthermore, SVGL will probably try and reduce its dependence on a single supplier, if and when, others can step to the plate. Cymer makes a line of lasers specifically built for the Micrascan III. It is improbable that the other laser vendors will develop a new product line to suit SVGL's needs, because the volumes are small and Cymer is so firmly entrenched.
