Henry, it did not surprise me that you agreed with my analysis of the Rose Bowl. After all, you are relatively smart.

As for the spread, Las Vegas says it would be Nebraska minus 6.5 if they played Michigan. This is absurd. UM would stuff the run and Nebraska would be finished. Even though I agree that Tom Osborne is a class act, he was not about to share with PSU a few years back and Carr is not about to share now. Michigan did everything anyone could have asked of them and you simply do not drop a team in the polls when they win a big game against a ranked team. The only team in the country that would have had a chance to beat Michigan this year was Florida State. That is the one team, as a die hard Michigan fan, I would not like to play. Although we have significantly improved in the most important area of the game over the past few years, we still do not match their team speed.

Oh, what about Naxos you ask? Who cares. We're National Champs!!!

P.S. Isn't it going to be funny when UT knocks off the Cornhuskers tonight?
