Actually, that is exactly what he said. You yourself bolded the relevant words. Although he did more than just imply.

A great case in point is what happened in Ireland. A woman was pregnant in late term with a baby. The baby was dying, it had gone septic. The doctors refused to abort. The baby was still alive, although had zero chance of survival. The mother's health, although, was at risk.

So what happened? She died. The baby was dead. This is a good example of why late-term abortion exists. As Hillary was saying, late-term abortions only happen when the situation is very dire. This isn't China back in the days of one child per family when they did abort perfectly viable babies even at the very last moment.

Per usual, Trump is grandstanding and simplifying a very personal and complex issue. The reality in this country is that late term abortions only happen in a handful of cases, none of which would have resulted in a viable baby and a living mother if the abortion didn't happen. Trump is on record that he doesn't really care what happens to Melania as long as her boobs are intact. Most loving husbands want more...
