"GOPe", "RINO"... you folks really like to eat your own. That's why you are in the toilet, and always will be.

The icing on the cake is that a good part of the reason the party has self-destructed - literally rotting from the inside out - was its own strategy of trying to undermine Clinton for several years in advance of her widely anticipated running for president.

Oddly, the genius of Clinton is the extreme level of hatred the far right has for her.

Do you honestly think that attacking Comey when he didn't deliver the desired outcome is rational? His testimony was eloquent and very clear.

And stemming from years of colossal failures in trying to undermine her, Clinton evokes even more irrational hatred from the right.

Trump is the true triumph of irrationality in the GOP. Conspiracy theory has now become the currency of the party.

All that time to prepare, and the party puts up epic loser whose only qualification is the nerve to angrily voice the numerous false conspiracies promulgated from the extreme right, and not be outflanked from further right.

As a good salesman once told me, never believe you own bullshit.

The winning formula has always been with a moderate leading the ticket, lip service to the extremes in the primaries, and running towards the center as the general approaches.

Better luck next time.
