FWIW, you have made conflicting claims about what that polling organization did in 2012. I think you have confused yourself.

Not that confusing you is particularly difficult to do.

Um, a single polling organization is not the way to read the polls. If for no other reasons, they all make difference guesses as to the voting composition for a particular election. Rasmussen used to be pretty accurate. But, as the country has drifted Democratic, they haven't adjusted their population estimates and are usually an outlier these days. So polling averages is the most accurate way to go.

Claiming Trump is ahead by 2 would put that poll as an outlier. While they may be accurate in this election cycle, rational thought tells you 'no'. Nothing that has happened would cause a shift like that. The fact that you have been reduced to focusing on a single poll is very telling.

You might as well unskew a few more polls to get the answer you want.
