Oh, wait...

Granted, the Duyba presidency turned into a cluster fuck with the Republicans and their allies fleecing the Treasury and the tax payers. It was pretty unseemly.

But the other examples from history were usually periods of good governance.

I understand that you want to fervently believe that the Democrats are as given to thievery as the Republicans. But the facts don't bear that out. It is a false equivalence.

I DON'T want a one party nation.

I liked it when he had 2 parties with mature adults with varying opinions in EACH.

People willing to compromise for the benefit of the nation.

We have a leader of the Senate right now that said a few years ago that the ONLY thing he wanted to accomplish in the next 4 years was to see the current President Defeated.

He didn't even care about the Country...
