Probably not. It takes a very creative reading of history to conclude that Socrates was illiterate.

In wingnut world, all it takes to become an "authority" is to just make the claim. No need to be smart, study or even apply yourself, all you need is massive self-confidence. Given that, it must have been true in the past and applies to everyone.

Free yourself of my opinion and ask Google. I dismantled Koan the other day using Socratic methods and you two did not even notice. You don't know what you don't know. Plato had Socrates speak to the dangers of being puffed up on ideas that you not only don't understand but are too lazy to comprehend.
