Michael (or anyone)
What do you think of the possibility of XRL being the equity carve out that Martinez has referred to on more than one occassion. The influx of cash needed may be substantial and it would attract a lot of interest as an IPO. Getting XRL into production by JMAR could be a huge monetary drain. It would be a better alternative than issuing more stock, extending warrants, going to the banks, coddling the Swiss bastards.....etc

Mike - It's really a lot harder to determine what the "bargain" price on JMAR should be. A lot of us consider it to be under $3, but since there are still so many "emerging" products that haven't produced revenue yet, it's hard to know how they will impact earnings, etc. We don't know how much it will cost to bring them to market, what the competition will be, what the market needs will be, etc. While we can be optimistic about what APPEARS to be some exciting new products, they're still basically an "unknown". The market doesn't like "unknowns".

Michael,

Just catching up on the thread again. You ask at what price is JMAR a "no-brainer?"

I've averaged down to 3.83, so I think my original buy was the "no brainer." <wry grin> Then there are my warrants...
