Joe,

Your posts are very much appreciated on this thread, at least by
me. I can assure you that most of us are not forgetting the debenture
holders as a factor in the stock performance, and you more than anyone
seem to have a grasp (mathematically) on their potential effect. It
remains to be seen however if they have been a factor in the decline
of the stock. I for one am not sure, and personally don't think so
at this point in time. Jon's posts are another matter entirely. If
you recall several months ago Mr. Tara would rail against the chip
technology itself, calling it a failed, flawed, *lemon* that had no
place in embedded systems or anywhere else. As time went on he began
to soften that view slightly, even admitting finally that the chip
was in fact efficient at what it was *designed for*. This occured
shortly after our design win with Genroco I believe, but even then
he thought all we had was a good *widget*. His focus of late seems
to be on the financial structure of the company as well as it's
overall integrity, and a little less on the technology itself. Quite
frankly I don't understand his agenda. Is he trying to save us from
ourselves, or trying to hurt the company? We are all well aware of
his views by now, so his continued assault on Patriot seems to be
somewhat extreme in my view, although he certainly has a right to
express them. Time will tell which end of the spectrum is the correct
one, and only the marketplace will pass that final judgement.
