Here is a list of the various country WEBS, with chart links. They trade on the AMEX just like SPY (which corresponds to the S&P 500), so unlike a fund you can buy or sell them at the intraday price. I suspect you can even short them on a downtick, although I haven't checked. The trading on some of these is rather thin.

They are denominated in U.S. dollars, so one needs to keep currency fluctuations in mind. Most pay a dividend.
