Last I heard the 15 doesn't take effect until 2021. The current minimum wage is 11. In real terms at the low end it's effectively raised the low end wage 73 cents. Meanwhile Seattle's economy has been in a bull market. Wages were going up anyway.
Of course you didn't know any of this before spouting off.
