I am a new member of SI's discussion service. Just joined near the end of December. No, actually I have no connection whatever with anyone on SI but myself. My info is in my profile. I've forwarded your remarks to the administrators of SI since they might want to compare the content of your note against the TERMS OF USE agreement we are all bound to honor. They can check records for themselves to confirm that there is no subterfuge here. I would also remind you that as a Silicon Investor participant, you are entitled to contact SI to lodge a complaint or to investigate inappropriate activity. As I have said before, I don't participate in ZOLT shares (long or short). But have been interested in parts of this conversation as I have been watching ZOLT news independently for some time now.

Jake- I've had to read your message a couple times to try and determine what I am being accused of....I guess you are trying to say I am somehow affiliated with Zoltek... Not true, Jake. I live in Indiana and as my bio indicates, I have a military background. I am a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel (Corps of Engineers)...I did receive your E-mail but really don't know what to make of it. You made allegations that I have no way of confirming and I have chosen to not respond to them. They may well be accurate but the sense of paranoia, to include this most recent accusation, make you circumspect and somewhat difficult to believe. I do appreciate your expression of concern regarding the importance of standard of ethical discussion...That has been my point all along. I am an investor who wants to know the truth not the dirt...Plain and simple! Perhaps the openness and lack of accountability in this forum make it impossible to attain high standards. Here is hoping we will eventually clean up our own act before some new set of regulators have to do it for us..... Mike

Who are Dan, Mary, and Chris!?! You realize you're risking that David will hit you with a "paranoia" post as a result of this <ggg>. And these accusations are sure to catch the attention of Zsolt. That alone should have kept you from doing it. What a mess you've made for yourself. At least you're consistent. Retracted that no more postings pledge as fast as you retracted the "significant explosions"! Like Mike, I had to reread your message trying to decypher what you were talking about. I have never worked for Zoltek (nor any of it's suppliers, customers, contractors, etc!). Nor have any of my friends or family. I did formerly work for Monsanto. So did Zsolt Rumy. But he left the company before I did; and when he did, I'd never even heard of him (much less met him). I met him years later, and I never heard from or spoke to him again. It's hilarious that you've devoted all this verbage to a "higher standard" and then claim you've "never posted information without multiple confirmations". You sure didn't verify who I was (kind of obvious since you assigned three names to two people). Looks like your credibility is going down, not up! And just how have all these people who you claimed to have phoned you obtained your phone number? First of all, I don't believe this; and second, who cares? Not that many people post here, and if they're not contributors, it's irrelevant. It's like polling people who DIDN'T vote at an election to see who they WOULD HAVE voted for. If you really had all these supporters, they would POST that support! BTW, Jill has already contacted me asking me to forward her the unsolicited Email you have sent me. Don't make the mistake of sending any more. I have a feeling you've got enough to worry about, as Zsolt Rumy is probably going to take an even greater interest in you with this latest post. You're practically begging him to sue you.
