"I am wondering if Russia is doing that to try and elect Trump? After the election they might back off?" I think it's NO to both those questions. I don't think Russia's military is really that powerful except for ONE thing and that's nukes. Putin is going to play those nukes for all they're worth. Mutual suicide is a pretty effective bluff. I'd really like to see us take Putin OUT some how. The guy that was in office before Putin got back in seemed almost reasonable.
