Jeff- I suscribe to the INVESTORS DIGEST , which reviews the monthly and bi-weekly newsletters. They pick out what they consider the best selections that month for their newsletter. I have seen some of Bill Mathews-The Cheap Investors selections used. (Sulcus Computer SUL at 1 8/16 April 97.) I'll give you a list of the Newsletters that they pick up that give recommendations on low priced stocks, however I don't believe any would touch NRAG until it has shown some consistent earnings power. It would be good to have them be aware of the potential and if things start to move, some would probably jump in. They like to beat their competition to the puch with winners. I will also search for a list of newsletters pushing more speculative stocks.

I think some of these guys feed of one another, note how around June 97 they are all recommending BNGO. Either they check each other or the PR firm for American Bingo did a great job of getting their support. I know Mike Fearnow of their PR firm they use and I could ask but I am almost sure he would say it was because of there efforts.

Hope this helps a little.

Ps:
I assume your PR firm is also letting all major spanish speaking papers in Miami, Houston, Dallas etc know that NRAG is getting ready to launch a major lottery program in V-Land. While not many readers would be in the market, I assume their readership has some well of readers who could look favorable on this type of venture.
